I’m in doubt coz I always get thoughts in mind that are related to arrogance like I’m better than someone, I look better, even I’m better than him in my iman like, I pray more correctly etc… even in my prayers I came across these thoughts, I always try to fight against these thoughts but in the end, I can’t concentrate in my prayers. How to deal with it?

Women, where i live, wear clothes in front of their sons, fathers,brothers that cover their chest and body but show outlines of breast, so one can see bulge of breast. The bulge/outline of breast is even more visible when they are sitting and even more if they are lying down and resting. Is this okay?
