ANSWER: As long as he retracted, repented, showed remorse and asked for forgiveness for such heinous acts, he is still Muslim and we can pray for his forgiveness.

I go early to jumuah and do ghusl nicely etc and sit close to the imam but 50% of the time as the qutbah starts I need to go to the washroom and therefore I lose the spot near imam can i wait till the qutba is over and go to the washroom because I like to listen to it and i can catch up with the prayer will i be losing the reward in the hadith because of this?

ANSWER: You can go while the khutba is ongoing and come back to your spot as you are entitled for it more than anyone else. If you put your prayer mat or your keychain, no one will sit as they know you will be coming back.

Our land was acquired by the government in 2018 for a project and they paid compensation for that only in 2021. According to the law if there is a delay in paying the compensation, they have to pay an additional amount which they call “interest”.
