ANSWER:

Father must interfere and order them to do their chores. If there is no father or mother in the house to order them, do your chores and leave theirs until they come to an understanding that they must cooperate. You can also stop doing your chores and live in the house serving only yourself, cooking and cleaning only for yourself until they come to terms that if they don’t cooperate, they will be forced to do all of that for themselves as well. 

QUESTION: Sheikh my question is regarding house chores.if one person is doing their part but other person(lets say2sisters)is not fulfilling her part on regular basis, then what does islam says about it, specially even if u mention it to them but they don’t bother and causing stress and u both knows u can’t even go somewhere else. Then what can be done about it ? How to deal with it?
