ANSWER: Such people are open sinners and most likely disbelievers.

No real Muslim would waste time reading about such people. If you are a male, this is sinful and if you are a female, this is inappropriate and it would make you want to be like such people. 

QUESTION: There is a reality show in which there are lots of people if I read the news about the one girl who is in that show will I be sinful for reading about her?
