QUESTION: If your car touches a parked car and causes scratch and you intentionally don’t tell the car owner about it, what can you do to seek their forgiveness later on, if it’s very hard or even impossible to find the car owner after that?

ANSWER: If it is an accident that people would fix, you must contact the owner and fix it for him as it is your fault. But if it is a small scratch and not a dent, this is forgiven as in the case when you open your door and scratch the other vehicle.

QUESTION: I am a converted muslim, in my house everyone are non-muslims, if they see that i worship allah(as muslim) they’ll kill me, if don’t pray at sometimes due to this reason, am i sinful or allah will forgive me at those times. Please help me.

ANSWER: She is sinful for disobeying Allah and there is nothing she can do but to repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness.

QUESTION: A person regrets how he is not standing for that which is halal, and sinning. A thought crosses his mind that how blessed Arabs are that their cultures is surrounded by Islam and he and his family’s is not. He was about to breath out(in regret),but stops, as he realises it’s wrong، however he still breath out(not to show regret). Is it kufr?/what if he did intentionaly breath out?

ANSWER: If you didn’t see the blood before that, there is no sin.

QUESTION: Two years ago I lent my mom some money(which is above Nisab amount), with the idea that she would pay it back when she was able to. But I forgot that when paying zakat over the last two years that she had that money and didn’t ask if she had it before paying my zakat, should I pay zakat for those two years automatically? And should I ask her before I pay my zakat in the future?

ANSWER: Yes, you should pay the zakat for the past 2 years. From now on, every year before your zakat time, ask her if she can pay it back or not and if she declines, you don’t need to pay zakat for it as she is unable to.

QUESTION: My sisters husband is a bank principal officer earning handsome salary from a haram commercial bank. He is going to buy a flat in city by 0% interest rate which will be given him from his bank. The amount will be cut from his monthly salary as installment. Now will it be halal or permissible for my sister and her child’s to live in that flat?

ANSWER: His income is haram due to the nature of his job. However, it is haram for him alone and he will be punished for it all. His family can live there and enjoy it as it is halal for them.
