QUESTION: I have allergic rhinitis (hay fever) my main ques. is that when I perform my salah my nose again starts running in this case I try my best to stop my nose from running but I end wiping in the middle of my salah which sometimes causes sway/fidget during the salah so, what should I do in this case? and the water from the nose impure (not the mucus) should I do wudu again in such case?

QUESTION: Before I reverted to islam i cheated and travelled by buses or trains without a ticket. Also i stole some of less valuable products such as ice creams or sweets. Am i obliged to return the money to those stolen or cheated? It is happened long time ago. I also live in non-muslim country and no one asked me to return.
