QUESTION: I seek advice. Only one man proposed. He has good character, but I know more about religion and he cannot read Quran, though I always wanted a husband to lead me. He is poor, while I am wealthy. My mother is against him. I am very insecure and fear no one else will ever marry me, so I cling to this chance. QUESTION: If a person remains in janābah for several days without performing ghusl, what is the ruling on their prayers during that time? Are all the prayers they performed invalid and must be repeated?

ANSWER: Of course all the prayers are invalid and he has committed a major sin if he knew ghusl was mandatory but he chose not to make it! He cannot make up those prayers!

QUESTION: If a person forgets to do sujood as sahw before salaam and concludes the prayer then remembers it, should he do them after salaam then say salaam again or just do the sujood without salaam or do nothing?

QUESTION: If someone is doing something like wudu, and they get a whisper that someone is watching them and they subconsciously start doing their stuff better, without having an intention to please them, would this count as riya?

QUESTION: I have rented my shop to a Shia tailor. He has hung items containing numbers, writings, and a lion holding a sword, which appear like talismans or magic symbols believed to bring good fortune. I asked him to remove them, but he refused. If these items involve shirk or magic, am I sinful—or even guilty of kufr—for continuing to rent the shop to him after advising him?

ANSWER: If you did not know that before renting him the shop, there is no sin on you but you must not renew the contract after it ends if he doesn’t remove things related to magic or kufr if you are certain of it.

QUESTION: While standing from ruku imam has to say Samiallahu liman hamidan and we had to say rabana lakal hamd. so do we have to say it at the same time while imam saying Samiallahu… From ruku to standing Or after he finishes then while straight standing?

QUESTION: When a man dies there are three things to do before dividing the inheritance.. 1)his funeral expense,2)any bequests,3) his debts should be cleared.. but if the family delays in repayment of the debts will the deceased be responsible for this delay even after leaving behind enough wealth to repay his debts?

ANSWER: He won’t be sinful if he had made a Will and specifically written down the loan to be paid from his wealth. His heirs would be sinful if they didn’t fulfill his Will

QUESTION: A brother said he went to visit an elder relative and his non mahram wife approached him and hugged him (he didn’t step back or prevented her)… she sees him as a grandson also saw him growing since a kid… He’s asking if he’s sinful?

ANSWER: Of course he is sinful! He must have stepped back and not allow her to touch him, let alone hug as Prophet ﷺ said its better to be stabbed in the head by an iron needle than to touch a non mahram

QUESTION: I told my mom “eat this prophetic medicine your sickness will be cured in sha Allah”, I am getting thoughts saying in sha Allah wrong? ANSWER: There is nothing wrong in these sentences as cure is only in Allah’s hands and we cannot for sure say it will cure someone or not

ANSWER: Its not permissible to keep breaking your prayer like that!! Once you start or join the prayer, you must continue!
