ANSWER: If it belongs to someone, this is not permissible. If the fruits fall on the street, no problem in consuming that.

ANSWER: No, you must not buy such products. Is it permissable to eat any food that has been made in the shape of an animal or a human? or if food contains a picture of a human or animal features? such as the face or body?

QUESTION: Wali is required to be valid nikah. But what if a person who believe this marriage without the wali present? Did they commit zina? The person is a male. He believe that there is no nikah without wali, but in love he did it without the wali of the girl. So the nikah is invalid. Now, does this constitute zina?
