QUESTION: Sheikh In Islam is there any value of commitment given to someone for nikkah… That I will marry you.. no Haram relationship just via family I have communicated that I will marry you .. if I search somewhere else will I be sinful?

ANSWER: No, there are no strings attached and you can simply have a change of heart and marry someone else as they themselves can also reject your proposal and marry someone else.

QUESTION: My legal name is “Muhammad S—–“. I struggle to find housing in Germany and am advised to drop “Muhammad” on applications due to bias. I feel hesitant because my name honors the Prophet (ﷺ) and Allah controls rizq. Is keeping my full name right, or should I adapt for worldly reasons?

ANSWER: No problem in dropping your first name if its actually not possible to get a house. The best would be to enter your name in the application and have complete faith & reliance on Allah but its not sinful to drop it due to necessity.

QUESTION: I went to the market with my friend because she had to buy herself a shirt. After buying her shirt she told me that she also had to buy one for a her male friend as she wanted to return his favour because he bought her gifts. QUESTION: If there is a cut ON penis or on anus or on surface of vagina (the cut is on external skin) and it bleeds, is it najis or impact wudu?

ANSWER: If you observe your athkar in the morning, evening, after fard prayers, before going to bed and before leaving the house, you will be protected and they can’t harm you. Study well and trust Allah and make a lot of duaa.

ANSWER: No, he doesn’t have that right and you’re not obliged to reveal your wealth to anybody!

QUESTION: If a husband inserts his finger into his wife’s vagina (to the point she is satisfied) while she is menstruating, is this haram? If it is haram, and he did it without knowing that it was prohibited, is there any kaffarah required, or is sincere tawbah sufficient?

ANSWER: Its not permissible to touch her private part when she is bleeding because the menstrual blood is najis. He should repent to Allah and not do it again. There is no kaffarah for this.

QUESTION: I asked my family (parents + sisters) if I could have some of their unused items, mainly clothes they rarely wear or use since living in another city, plus things my mom impulsively buys but doesn’t use. They agreed and gave permission, though they don’t know I plan to give these items to charity (sadaqah). Is this permissible?

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible if they are giving it to you thinking that you are going to use it. You must be clear with them and tell them you want to give it in charity and look at how they respond to you.
