QUESTION: Let’s say a man decided to give his wife pocket money every so often and a few years later he decided to ask for it back (e.g. either they divorced, or it’s simply that he wants those money etc.), is the wife oblige to give back what’s left of the money?

QUESTION: My friend is working abroad but hasn’t been able to take his wife (married since a year) with him bcos he keeps sending money to his parents. What should be his priority in this case? ANSWER: If they believe that the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam controls the universe or they invoke the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam then this is shirk & you can’t pray behind such an imam!

QUESTION: Is it a must for the guardian of the girl to know the mahr for marriage. What if girl wants something of less value as it’s her marriage but the father wants high value expensive. How can we surpass this? Does the mahr need to have witnesses?

ANSWER: Yes, her father (guardian) needs to know the mahr and this must be registered in the marriage contract and the witnesses must also know about it.

ANSWER: Even if he wants it or not you must give your son his father’s name & not someone else’s name as this is totally prohibited & a major sin!

QUESTION: I read somewhere that Allah’s response to your dua is based on your mindset. So if you believe that He probably won’t / might not give it to you, then He wont. And He will only give you what you asked for if you have complete 100% confidence and trust that He will answer you. Is this true?
