Your father has all the right to reject whomever he does not see fit for his daughter and any marriage without his consent is considered void therefore, you must try to convince him or move on with your life.

QUESTION: I want to marry a guy but my parents are not agree because he belongs to karachi and i am from islambad. And distance is alot b/w two cities. And secondly he does not earn yet. But Allah says if you like someone marry them and Allah will make them ghani (rich) . Isnt it wrong to just reject it because of just these reasons?
