ANSWER: If he was unable to fulfill it, Allah will not hold him accountable. But if he was able but did not do so intentionally, he is sinful but it is not an act of kufr!

QUESTION: My daughter usually offer salah when there is 15 minutes to the next salah ( or adhan) is she doing wrong?

ANSWER: If she prays it within the prescribed time, she is not sinful but she is playing with fire as there will coma a time when she would miss the prayer for one reason or the other and then she is sinful big time.

ANSWER: There’s no such tasbih in Islam! Most likely this is an innovated thikr fabricated by the sufis and it is filled with innovation and maybe shirk.

QUESTION: My son is 24 yrs and I am getting him married. Problem is that he doesn’t pray regularly, like he prays jumaa and 1-2 prayers a day. Some days no prayer at all. He also has anti islamic views. Can I look for a religious girl (niqaabi) for his marriage? is it ok if I do this? Do I need to tell the girl his prayer status?

ANSWER: You shouldn’t assist him in getting married if he as you had described as you would be harming and deceiving a poor muslim woman and her family.

QUESTION: Is it permissible for a niqabi woman to give Salaam+ask how are you doing to non mahram relatives/teachers/collegues to be polite and then segregate from them to another space?

QUESTION: They have said that our hair must not be wet before we wipe our hands over our head in wudhu, is this true? They also said our feet must be dry before we wash them in wudhu, is this true? What if water goes on our feet and hair must we dry it then continue wudhu? Or does it not matter whether our body, hair or feet are wet and we can just continue and make our wudhu?

ANSWER: This is not true. You can make wudu over your limbs irrespective of whether it is wet or dry.

ANSWER: You need to look for whatever is best for your religion and your life. Your father is not that old and his wife and daughters can take care of him if he needs care.
