Is there any evidence in the Quran or Sunnah explaining whether the sun orbited the earth or the earth orbited the sun?

“And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed). That is the Decree of the All‑Mighty, the All‑Knowing”[Ya-Seen 36:38] which Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):“And the sun runs on its fixed course”[Ya-Seen 36:38]“Each running (on a fixed course) for an appointed term”[al-Zumar 39:5]“each in an orbit floating”[al-Anbiya’ 21:33]

My question is that all religion says that we have soul, specially human. If there are souls then should micro-organism also have soul because they are also living and in that case should cow, goat etc should also have souls?

Animals do have souls.

Two years ago, I found some necklace of cross at home, I don’t know how it got there, maybe in childhood my family found them from somewhere. But we have given that bag of necklace to one of our Christian neighbour.I feel like me and my family had commited a major sin.What should I do? I did repent to Allah but my heart & mind are always occupied by this incident.

It was wrong to give it, if it was a precious metal you should have melted it to change it into something else, or destroy it and dispose of it otherwise.

Is it ok for a real estate developer such as damac making versace, fendi designed apartment or villas in Qatar, Saudi arabia, Dubai etc? Is it permissible to construct and sell such ultra luxurious apartment or villas? Is it permissible to do such projects?

I want to know whether it is permissible to namw our babies with 3 names as most of the companions of our Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) had only one name?

I have injury in my leg and I found a prayer hall at clock tower from where we could see the Kabah and if you look down it looks like the area is part of the Al Haraam. people are praying in congregation following the Imam of al Haraam and they hear the imam via sound system. Is it permissible to pray in this prayer ?

It is an issue of dispute. It seems that only if the haram is full, one can pray there, and Allah knows best.

Is it mandatory for a person to say Bismillah before reciting a surah when praying?

No, it is not mandatory.

If a person committed an act of kufr, and renews his shahadah and regrets the action and sincerely repents, does he has to preform ghusl?

I am planning to continue my studies but there is a problem that they don’t allow niqaab in class as in there are boys in class and teacher says no to face covering & even if I go to girls college they say us to remove our whole abaya near the gates of college and there are workers who are male and even teachers are male. So my sisters says that go to college and if they tell you to remove your niqaab then do it coz it is not fard? What should I do ?

It is not permissible to study in a mixed school and it is Not a Fard to study in the university! Do not agree on removing the Niqab!

Is it a sunnah replying for adhan? If yes then please can you tell me how and what to reply?

When the Adhan is called, repeat it with the caller, except for “Hayya ala-salah, hayya alal-falah” , after which you say “La hawla wala quwatah illa billah “.
