My husbnd touch his part from my back side(only bumps) not insid only frm outside area it touching on bumps coz insert is haram .Many tym he do while foreplay over clothes. Plz tell that this thing will not maqrooh our nikah. and he want to intercourse from back postion he didnt insert in anal just position is back rest he do it according to islam . Is he allow to do so.He never do anal sex,only like that position so i want to make it confirm.

It is not permissible to have anal sex or to have foreplay there! Even of he doesn’t insert it, playing round it will make him do that one day. Satan is just waiting for the right moment. If it was while wearing your clothes, this is ok.

I wanted to marry a woman but she told me she would only wait for me 2,5 years and maybe not more, so I got to know of an other woman and she is younger so she would wait for me more I think, Allah knows best. You shouldn’t be engaged in such prohibited communication with such women! It is not logical that you communicate with them and you are not going to get married now. This is playing and a sin! Once you want to get married next month, you can talk to their guardians and not to them directly.

A teacher went to educational trip to sikh Gurdwara with young children where haram things took place. Has she committed kufr that takes out of Islam. Does she have to repeat kalimah?

If she was ignorant and didn’t know the ruling, this is not kufr.

I am unable to take ghusl e janaba soon after sleeping with my wife. I have to wait for 3-4 hours to do so. This is because I see sticky fluid discharges from my private part if I try to take shower. It is unlikely that it is seminal fluid but prostratic fluid and its amount is very little. What should I do so that I do not miss prayers. Take shower right away?

You can take ghusl right away. Whatever is discharged afterwards doesn’t require ghusul but requires washing it off and making wudhu.

I wanted to know whether it is permitted to raise the index finger between the two prostrations as we do in tashahhud ?
