Sharee’ah says not to expose your sins such as a rapist should not expose his crime, he should rather repent. From another hand, it says, rapists should be given capital punishment. If every rapist hides his crime, what will happen to the justice of those who are rape victims? Please clarify this point.

On the Day of Judgement, Allah will hold each one accountable for his deeds or forgive them. He will also reward those who we’re oppressed or wronged.

Are Allah’s actions created? In the sense that, when Allah commanded Salah to Muhammad salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam, did he create His action of commanding it?

You have no right in asking such a question about Allah! You affirm what Allah affirmed to Himself and negate what He negated. To speak about such things that you do not have any right in speaking about, this is a sign of hypocrisy and innovation!

There are many people (even practicing people) who talk about Islam without knowledge, even though they know it is haram to do so. What is the ruling if happens that these people say something which they think is correct but in reality is wrong by consensus (and the matter is not from the fundamentals of the deen or the ilm ad-daroorah)? For example, many practicing sisters say that Polygamy is only allowed in times of war when women are helpless. They say this out of emotion and they know it is haram to do speak without ilm. Do they become kafir by this since they said something wich is clearly wrong (even though the matter is not from the fundamentals of Islam)?

No, they don’t become kafir as becoming kafir is not an easy thing to give! There are conditions to be fulfilled and obstacles to be removed first! If they said this out of emotions and this is what they believed to be right, they are wrong but surely not kafir.

It is well known that in Paradise there is that which no eye has seen and no ear has heard, but wasn’t Adam in Paradise? Didn’t the Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam) enter Paradise too?.

Yes, he did but he didn’t see all what was in it. Besides, one can say that this description fits all eyes expect the eyes of those whom Allah allowed to see it!

Now a days people ask that can ALLAH lie, can ALLAH be partial, can ALLAH do unjustice. What is your opinion on this?

These are blasphemous statements against Allah! Allah is the most perfect in every way, He is the most merciful and just. No one has the right to affirm and describe Allah except with what He had described Himself. All negative attributes that do not fit Him can not be attributed to Him.

One of my friends wants to settle in Malaysia or Indonesia because he has good business opportunity there. Is it fine to settle down in these countries?

We know that the first gaze that falls on a non-mahram woman accidentally is forgiven. What if there are 2nd and 3rd ACCIDENTAL gazes? Will that also be forgiven?

Is it permissible to pray the eid salah in the mosque or open space within the town, should in case we got no access praying outside the town.? I only know the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prayed it outside town.

No Problem but is shouldn’t be prayed in the masjid except for a legitimate reason.
