The question is regarding fasting in Ramadan, I have severe acid reflux after eating, the food always refluxes, In this case, If I fast before offering fajr prayer, It may disturb my concentration in prayer, only for this condition, Can I fast as soon as completing fajr prayer?

Your question is not clear! Once the dawn breaks, the adhan is called. Once it is called, you must not drink or eat and must fast whether you had prayed fajr or not.

If you are divorcing him, your are not obliged to give him any sexual rights. But if it is only a dispute and you want to go back to him, you should give him his rights or you will be sinful and cursed by angels. You must proceed immediately on filing for divorce, khulu or going back to him.

During Ramadhan I have been asked to attend a diabetic eye exam where they will conduct a dye test using fluoroscein injected into the bloodstream.This drug has no nutritional value and is used only to dye the veins on my retina. Would this injection break my fast?

As long as there is no nutritious material, this doesn’t affect the fasting.

I just started fasting to make up one of my missed Ramadan fasts together with the Sunnah Monday fast. A little before Shurooq, my husband arrived after a 4-day Umrah trip and insisted on sex. He said it was a matter of my iman (even though I had chatted with him a few hours before and informed him of my intention to fast). Hence I broke my fast and we had sex. Did I sin? What is the expiation?

You did sin as this was mandatory for you to continue fasting. There is no expiation. Only repent and ask Allah for forgiveness.

A woman was bedridden for about 4-5 days in ramadhan and during this time she did not pray nor did she fast.Later (after ramadhan) on she had the operation and did not pray for about a week.Now what can she do for these fasts and salah?

As for the prayers, she was wrong for not praying them if she was able to pray but didn’t! She can’t make up for what was abandoned intentionally. As for fasting, she must make them up.

Wa alaikum salaam No problem as long as it is medically safe and you did it before fajr.

I am a women who have some missed fasting of about 130. I am compensating all the fasting alhamdulillaah.For the fidyah is it allowed to give in bulk( 130 multiplied by 1.5 kgs of rice( which is the staple food of india )) , to a single poor family. Or should i give 1.5 kgs of rice to 130 poor people.

i live in uk where in coming ramadhan the fast will be almost for 19hrs, now due isha’ salah is very late it happens with me that sometimes I couldn’t wake up for suhur and woke up after fajr has begun, am I allowed to miss that fast and make up after ramadhan or do i have to keep it without eating anything?

No, you have to fast even if you didn’t wake up for suhur. But if you gotten too weak during the day and feared for your life, you may break that fast, only then and make it up later.

If someone is making up years of missed obligatory fasting does he or she also need to pay the compensation for each fast missed? Also if they have not made up fasts that have gone for years does the compensation be accumulative? Because the compensation may be very big and unaffordable for some people.

There is no expiation for missing days of Ramadan unless it was due to intercourse.
