I believe you should recite the ruqya on the whole quantity. This would be best though the other way is also acceptable.

We know from a hadith that it is prohibited to buy and sell in the mosque. What about advertising paid islamic lessons in the mosque (I.e. flyers, posters, announcement etc.)

The Prophet (PBUH) never used to miss the two prayers while on journey ie the two rakats before fajr and the night prayer, so if one is on journey he can leave the two rakats after isha and pray the night prayer directly and what if he is not on journey can one leave them and pray the night prayer directly?

my dad had deposited some amount for me in a riba based bank before my marriage and recently he gifted me the same but with some additional amount(riba). is it haraam for me to use that additional amount??

Sheikh, if a person gets doubts and thoughts about Islam being the true religion but he resist those thoughts.. Does it mean that he does Kufr and then gets back to Islam again and again ?

No, it doesn’t mean that. As long as he didn’t speak them out and he fought them in his mind, he is still Muslim.
