I have couple family members whom I give zakah money every month. I pay let’s say my 2.5 % of wealth will be $6,000 I pay according to that and I can’t wait till end of the year to give them zakat money because they need money every month to survive so is it ok for me to give them money every month instead of waiting till end of year because they need it.

Last year’s zakat must be paid immediately once it is due. You can’t give it in installments. However, you can estimate next year’s zakat and give it on monthly basis and once the date is due, you calculate how much you gave and if there is a balance left, give it on the spot.

Listening to him is a good deed and reading in the Quran while he is reciting it is also permissible as long as you are not praying behind him.

At the end of my sunnah prayer, I thought I forgot to read du’aa’ al-istiftaah. I wasn’t sure, and I regularly get doubts so I ignored it and began my witr prayer. Should I have made prostration of forgetfulness? Was I wrong to decide not to do prostration of forgetfulness?

It is a sunnah and even if you deliberately leave it, the prayer is valid.

If i join a congregation during the ruku, is my rakat valid or do i need to repeat the rakat again? For eg. if i join a congregation for isha prayers in ruku in the last rakat. Is my rakat valid?

Consuming alcohol is considered haram. But would using body sprays or perfumes that contain alcohol be considered haram? And will prayers be invalid if one uses it before prayers? Consumption of alcohol causes intoxication whereas using body sprays doesn’t.

On one of the days while fasting “Sita Shawal” i slept after observing Solatul Subhi and had a wet dream. Everything was spilled over my short. So i quickly went to the bathroom for Guslul Janaba.. My questions are can i still continue with the fast and would i be rewarded for the fast that day if at all i didn’t break it?
