Can we apply mehendi that we get in stores these days? It has chemicals mixed and when applied, after a few days, the mehendi comes off like sticker. Does it nullify ablution?

If the colour of henna fades away after few days then this is allowed but if it comes like sticker then it is not permissible as sticker blocks water to touch the skin.

I’ve read that if a person has fasts to make up but they die and they still have some left, then their family has to make it up for them. Can we also do the same when they’re alive?
