Can the relatives of the deceased person cook food and sweets in the name of the deceased or for the deceased and distribute it in poor and needy so as to give sadaqah from his side or the blessings or duas may reach him. Plz explain in detail.

You can make duaa and give sadaqa on behalf of the deceased but there should be no gathering at the house of the deceased for food nor give such charity on a specific date.

sheikh whats the ruling on some parts of the forearm becoming dry by the time you have completed wudu ie by the time you finished washing the feet. If some of the forearm becomes dry by then is the wudu valid?

Yes it is valid because your forearm got dried up while you were still in the process of wudu.

shaykh.I live in Algeria and I do not cover my head bcs I dont like Algerian caps and only like saudi arabian scarf.If my parents forbid to wear it can I wear it without their knowlege when they are not with me.Here in Algeria almost anyone wears such scarf but I really do not like the caps that brothers wear here.Furhtemore I love to wear the scarf and I feel very good confident

My question is: I heard that to associate partner with ALLAH ( SUBHANAWU WATA’ALA ), is a major sin and ALLAH never forgive it’s sin. So what if somebody(a Muslim) who was control by SATAN(Eblise),and associated partner with ALLAH or denied the existing of ALLAH, when he/she repent would Allah accept it and forgive?

Only Allah can judge whether it was Satan who forced him to do this or he did it intentionally. Anyone who repents sincerely to Allah and shows remorse is forgiven.

My brother applied for hajj and he wanted me to join him. I am booked to travel for vacation on hajj time to see my husband. I am planning to move my vacation after hajj but my husband he refused because he also made booking to see me on hajj time..and he wants to go for hajj too.
