When I was in toilet, there is basin also, can I say Bismillah before wadu? Is it any sin to say Bismillah in toilet?

ANSWER: You should say it in your heart and not aloud as it’s not permissible to do dhikr or recite duas in the toilet.

Sheikh my question is some scholars say that sweeping, throwing garbage outside your house in a dustbin and cutting nails after maghrib is not permissible is it true.
