ANSWER:

Allah has appointed angels for this job, they will convey our salam to him even if we recite salutations upon him from any part of the world, not just near his grave, salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam. 

Is it right that Rasoolullah P.B.U.H listenes salat wa salam from near HIS grave?

I have read that anyone who deviates from islamic theology are not blessed with salvation. Does every muslim need to confirm that Allah is above Arsh in order to attain salvation ? What about people (muslims who are sincere and submitting) who have never thought of such matters that comes under core belief of a person’s faith ?
