Is it ok to wash clothes stained with madhy with other clothes in washing machine. If mani comes out after madhy, is this mani impure and makes clothes impure?

If an imurity fell on the ground and by pouring water on that impurity the colour dissappeared is that water pure (note:the impurity still remains in the water but the colour disappeared)
