ANSWER:

You can look in the Qur’an or your phone and recite longer surahs during Taraweeh. No problem in holding it in your hands and reciting in your voluntary prayers. 

In our locality there is no advantage for women to attend taraweh salat at masjid. I hifz a very little part of Quran. So is it permissible for me to recite from Mushaf in taraweh salah? If yes, how should I hold this? As our hands should be tied during the recitation.
