Do I need permission from my husband to do any ibada other than voluntary fasting such as voluntary prayers,dua,Dikr,making up of my previous missed fast (the fastings which I left previously out of laziness,I have so much missed fastings and salah),thahajood etc.should I need his permission.If he doesn’t like me doing the above will get my deeds reject

ANSWER: You do not need his permission to make up mandatory missed fasts as you must make them up since its a debt on you, nor for dhikr or voluntary prayers. However, once he calls you to bed, you must leave everything and respond to him.

Can we use or download pirated books available on internet, as these books are owned by someone and are someone’s effort so we are accessing it without his/her permission. And these books are very expensive so we can’t buy them. What is guidance of Islam on this issue?

I have heard that if a woman gets menses while fasting her fast is broken but she should abstain from eating until the the fast opens. Is this true?

ANSWER: This is baseless. Her fast breaks the minute she gets her menses and she can eat and drink as it is haram for a menstrurating woman to fast.

I have an app called MANZIL which consists of surahs to recite after each prayer.It contains ayas from suratul baqara,few ayas from Assafaat,Abatha,Arrahman,Jinn and suratul Kafiruun.is it okay reciting them after each prayer along with all Asma’ulLahi Alhusna and few from the 40 Rabbana? ANSWER: When you wipe over the head, the hair will not become wet as you’re wiping and not washing. And it’s not possible for every hair to be moist when we wipe over.

what I hv always seen in my family that if a person dies the family of the deceased order food called as bhati nd after the body is burried evry1 gathers and eat that food. It is basically made fr the people who comes from far off place to visit the funeral.some people don’t eat that food saying its bidah.is it right? How can a deceased family cook if they r sad?pls clarify
