ANSWER: You are not obliged to be fully covered when alone or at home in front of your mahrams and womenfolk. There is no problem in wearing short sleeve tops showing the arms in front of your husband or when alone, especially when it is hot.

I am a resident of Jeddah,we were on a road trip to Taif yesterday,while returning back home one of the guy in our group said that we need to take the Non-Muslim Highway that connects Jeddah and Hada bypassing the city of Makkah,else we would be required to perform umrah if we enter the city of Makkah otherwise Damm is wajib.He confirmed this with a Hanafi Scholar Please guide

My question is can a non muslim (woman)pray for you ex:you go to her she tells you everything about your life eg:she told me “i can see your father has left your family and is with the second wife and the wife controls your dad” and funny enough what she says is true.when you go to her she prays with you while holding your hand is this shirk?

ANSWER: This is shirk and she is a sorcerer, a fortune teller. One must not visit them as listening to them for fun renders the prayers of 40 days as unaccepted, while believing them takes you out of the fold of Islam!
