ANSWER: This is not permissible and such a gift is sinful as he must give all others equal share while he is alive. After his death, the kid given that gift will still share inheritance with his siblings despite the invalid will.

QUESTION: What I meant in my question about people in hijab openly doing sinful things is how do I tell the kaafir people that haraam is haraam and without backbiting; (especially if they specify a known person) can I just be straightforward saying that they are sinful or do I say “Maybe they do not know the ruling, but it is not permissible” or do I say something else?
