QUESTION: Sheikh, if we’re not fastong due to periods and if small children asks us why we’re not fasting what should we tell?

QUESTION: Sheikh, I plan to stay awake during all the nights of ramadan to collect maximum rewards. Still, due to fasting, an hour or two of sleeping will be beneficial to overall attentiveness. So, if I sleep for an hour or two after taraweeh prayer & then continue my tasks of worship, will it be recommended or will I be missing out the rewards of the nights of ramadan? Please advise
