ANSWER: 1. You must not ask a Muslim if its halal or not since by default its halal! This kind of thinking (doubting Muslims) is from the Khawarij & Prophet ﷺ said that the khawarij are the hounds of hellfire!

QUESTION: If I enter the mosque when there is only one or two minutes left before the Fajr prayer begins, and I know I won’t have enough time to pray two rak’ahs of Tahiyyatul Masjid, can I just sit down and wait for the congregational prayer? Is that permissible?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You must not sit until you pray tahiyatul masjid. You can remain standing till the prayer begins.

QUESTION: I still have a surgical wound, which requires professional dressing every day/other day and can’t get wet But the doct told showering is ok if the dressing is done immediately after it Is ghusl wajib after intimacy? I don’t know if concession for tayammum can be applied here

ANSWER: If the doctor said showering is OK then you must take ghusl to uplift being in the state of major sexual impurity. You must wipe over the dressing and not wash it if you are unable to change it immediately but you don’t do tayammum when you can wipe over it.
