QUESTION: A girl got a piece of land in inheritence from her grandfather. Now grandfather , father , and the girl is dead. QUESTION: One suffered from waswas for a very long time. He fought as best he could, but eventually after many years he became so tired that he left the religion, as was expected. Can he repent and return to Islam? What can he do to have his repentance accepted for this?

ANSWER: Of course he can repent & revert back to Islam! Door of repentance is open until before he dies. Prophet ﷺ said that Allah accepts repentance as long as the death rattle has not reached the throat.

QUESTION: When doing wudu I try to follow the sunnah way and take a little scoop of water pour over my hand/feet however sheikh I am a little confused as to what counts as wiping or it flowing, because by the end of the washing there is like almost no drops of water flowing, so I get confused. How do I know if I am doing it correctly? Can I just pour more water over the area that I think is just wiping?

ANSWER: No, there are no strings attached and you can simply have a change of heart and marry someone else as they themselves can also reject your proposal and marry someone else.

QUESTION: My legal name is “Muhammad S—–“. I struggle to find housing in Germany and am advised to drop “Muhammad” on applications due to bias. I feel hesitant because my name honors the Prophet (ﷺ) and Allah controls rizq. Is keeping my full name right, or should I adapt for worldly reasons?

ANSWER: No problem in dropping your first name if its actually not possible to get a house. The best would be to enter your name in the application and have complete faith & reliance on Allah but its not sinful to drop it due to necessity.
