QUESTION: I wanted to know the rulings on the rights to inheritance of a paternal orphan whose father died before his parents(the orphan’s grandparents). I heard someone saying, “An orphan doesn’t inherit if his/her parents die before his/her grandparents”. Does the Islamic sharia say so?

ANSWER: They do not inherit from the grandparents if their father had died before their grandparents’ death and one or more of the paternal uncles were alive at the time of the death of the grandfather

QUESTION: Is it true that it is prohibited to pray/offer salah on roof of kaaba?I came across a question, where it was asked, the only clean place /space on earth where offering salah is prohibited! QUESTION: In our society, when a man gives money or gifts to his parents, it is appreciated but if a daughter gives her own money that she earned to her parents, in laws usually make an issue about this and call names to such parents on taking gifts from daughters. What is the ruling on this.

ANSWER: The in laws have no right, none whatsoever to say anything as such and the daughter in law is not AT ALL obliged to tell them or her husband what she does with her own money or how much she earns or have!

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You’re allowed only one meeting in front of your mahram where the guy comes to meet you for the first and only time.

QUESTION: I m preparing for government exam. If i get successful in shaa Allah. Will it be halal if the father of lady at the time of marriage give something voluntarily like money to my father because he knows that his son- in – law is holding a good position so just for marrying her daughter he gave money so is it okay to take that ?

QUESTION: Is there any benefit in remaining in the spot i offered salat? For example I offer the asr salat at home (because the masjid is too far away) and remain after the salat sitting, doing dhikr and reading quran. I know there is reward in case of offering the fajr salat in the masjid and remaining in ones spot but is there any reward for other prayers?

QUESTION: In my district, there are few ppl who share the videos nd pictures of couples who go on date in malls, on roads etc.There motive is to clean the city from these stuff. There are few girls who also go on ride with non-muslims.So,is exposing their sins online not permissible?! They’re doing such so that they stop this all stuff.! Nd it reach their parents.
