ANSWER: This is totally wrong! Nobody can pray salah on behalf of anyone, whether dead or alive. You can make as much dua as you want and for whoever you want, there’s no restriction in that.

ANSWER: If its her own money then she can go on hajj with any of her mahrams, like her father, brothers etc if the husband is not willing to accompany her. This is a fard on her and she doesn’t require his consent or approval
