QUESTION: If someone doesn’t pray besides some taraweehs or Eid prayer, or only prays isha during Ramadan (so basically they rarely pray), and they are told to pray or they will go to hell, but they still don’t establish the salah and don’t really change, are they a kaffir? Or is there anything else to be done?
