Today my friend gave me fone holder a type of mobile cover and on that a skull picture is printed on cover. Is this permissible to wear this type of cover on my mobile having a printed picture of skull(skeleton)? And that too friend is non mahram?

ANSWER: No problem in the Skelton but being a non mahram is prohibited to have as a friend and to chitchat or socialize like this!

I just want to know something. I just get some charity money for one sick lady’. Now another person came to me asking money for sister wedding. Can I share this money. Please let me know. This money I get from my few friends because this lady is sick.

ANSWER: If someone authorized to give this money to a sick woman, you can’t give any of it to other than this woman.

ANSWER: It is not permissible at all to sit at the same table where alcohol or haram food is being served, let alone pay for it!

Our people recently have disputed the legitimacy of leasing properties. The agreement of lease here is that one party provides property such as house or agricultural land and other party gives cash for a specified period of time. At the end of contract term both party returns the assets. I am kindly asking you if this kind of deal is legitimate in Sharia Law.

ANSWER: This is not permissible as this is lending money in exchange for using the property. This is clear riba.

When listening or reading the Quran after Asr and before Maghreb or after Fajr and before Sunrise, can I prostrate when coming up a sajda or should I avoid reciding/listening to surats with a Sajda during those times?

ANSWER: No problem in doing sajda of tilawah during these times. The prohibition is only for praying voluntary prayers during forbidden times.

ANSWER: If it is not halal and it is not slaughtered, you can’t eat that. But if it is slaughtered by Christians, this is permissible to consume.

When I eat chicken, I always find pink and red bits near the bone. It looks like veins or dried blood. Is this permissible to eat?

ANSWER: The blood that remains in the veins of a slaughtered animal is halal.

I was telling to my friend that the thing which is harmful for the body is haram eg. Smoking etc. Then he questioned that if a diabetic patient eats sugary food is it also haram for him. Isaid no its makrooh but I couldnt give a logical reason. Please tell me the reason and way to give dawah in such cases.
