ANSWER: She can travel back home without her male mahram due to necessity as Allah had told in the Quran a person can eat pork in dire situations where it’s a matter of life & death. There’s always an exception to the rule due to DIRE necessity.

ANSWER: You can apply fabric paint on the facial features or sew on the facial features so that they are not visible.

ANSWER: You can only remove the unibrow which is the hair on the area on top of the nose (between the eyes) which is not part of the eyebrows and nothing else.
