ANSWER: Nutmeg and using it in very small amounts is an issue of dispute and it is best to avoid it if possible but if one is unable to do so due to the fact that it is widely used in cooking and everyone uses it, I pray that this is fine in sha Allah.

ANSWER: This is not shirk or kufr. No problem in this due to necessity even without the disclaimer as long as you resent it and disbelieve in it

QUESTION: Is it permissible when selling my plot, instead of giving the middleman a percentage of the sale price/commission, to agree with him that “I want x price if you sale beyond that then the rest is yours”? Knowing that the buyer wouldn’t be aware that this price is actually higher than what I actually need?

ANSWER: It is an issue of dispute among scholars as they say if the price was double what you had asked for, you won’t like this and would probably envy him for it! Therefore, the commission should be identified and known.
