ANSWER:

If you don’t live there and the condition to claim this amount is to be living in the UK then claiming this is not permissible as this is cheating and Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said a person who cheats is not from among us. 

So I have UK nationality & have lived in the UK for several years.I was born there.& have children.My spouse and I paid taxes in UK and as his widow I am entitled to a benefit providing I live in UK.I’m in UAE for work, my parents live UK,it is still very much my home. Is it allowed for me to make a claim for the benefit given have paid so much in taxes along with my husband even if I’m not there
