ANSWER:
It is not permissible for her to give away her inheritance only to her son while she’s alive as this is a gift and she must be equal in giving this gift among all her children regardless of sons or daughters.
Once she dies all her inheritance would be divided according to the sharia.
She must be reminded about the prohibition of what she’s doing and that she would have to face Allah one day.
