My friend a few months ago started a YouTube channel based on cooking. In his first few video he used music in the back but later started using beatboxing with no music. Am I sinful if I follow his social media and share his videos where he uses beatboxing or is it consider music?

ANSWER: Beatboxing is prohibited as it has the same impact and effect as music. You must not share the videos as you would carry his sin and may watch his videos on mute.

Please clarify if we can use our office computers and the internet for something personal when we don’t have any official work and we are free? does this come under breeching trust? does it mean that we have earned haraam mingled with halal income?

What’s the ruling on replying to Salam to someone who says he is a Muslim but he used to go to fortune tellers even though people advised him not to do that? Currently I am not sure if he goes to a fortune teller or not.

ANSWER: You must reply to a Muslim’s Salam as he’s a muslim by default until he is proven to be a kafir.

Is it permissible to listen to wind chimes? Wind chimes are hung outside houses and when the wind blows these chimes create a sound. I’m not sure if it’s regarded as an instrument as a human does not play it..but rather it’s sound can be heard when the wind blows. Is it permissible to listen to?

ANSWER: It is haram to remove these hair for both men and women. You can cut these long hair short so that they will not come in your eyes or block your view.

ANSWER: You must not jeopardize your Islam for anyone. It is not permissible for women to work or study in mixed environments. Simply refuse in working in a mixed environment and ask them to get you married if you are a burden on them.

Is it permissible to recite kalma, bismillah, repeat after adhaan or some part of quran in washroom.

Sheikh, here in my community people used to have many feast festivals during maraige and after marraige like feast functions on 2 day of wedding similarly on 7th, 10th etc where(israf) lot n lot of food is served and most(tons) of the food goes waste. Is it permissible to attend these functions.
