Fiqh of the family

I believe that I need Islamic counselling for my stress and anger management issues that I am struggling with in my marriage and my mother says that I should not go to strangers for counselling and instead take counsel from parents. I have done that also but it hasn’t worked. And to make things better I think I need to be more proactive which is why I am thinking of Islamic counselling.

ANSWER: It is totally not recommended to speak to your mother about your problems with your husband as this would tarnish his reputation in her heart against him forever and she would carry a grudge against him even if you make up and are living happily with one another.

My parents are hosting a party for eid and they will make me wear makeup and nice clothing infront of non mehrams. I cannot lock my door and I cannot leave the house so what should I do?

ANSWER: Stay in your room wearing full hijab until this is over.

Sheik, there are times when I don’t listen to my mom. I understand it’s wrong. But everytime my mom tells me that there’s a hadith that children should even drink poison if the mother orders them to. I understand that mother’s status is very high, but is saying all this right?

Will I forbidden Jannah if I claim to be the son of my non biological father because the Prophet saw said in a Hadith that anyone that claims to be from another father and knows he’s not will be forbidden Jannah. The thing is that I don’t know anything about my non biological parents except that I’m from Central Asia and that I’m now living in the U.S. Will I go to hell because of this?

ANSWER: This is in Allah’s hands! You are ordered not to use any name other than your real biological father. If you don’t know him, you can use a general name such as Abdullah but surely not your adopted father as he is not related to you.

Sheikh m an adopted child i came to knw much later in my life about it frm someone else.. Now i knw who my real parents are but i dnt want t hurt the sentiments of my second parents as they are unaware of that i knw the reality. M confused about my life. Is there a rule/permission in Islam where the parents can have their son/daughter get talaq done? Ex, if a mother doesn’t want her son to marry someone out of the race and he yet still marries her with the bride’s guardians approval, can the mother of the groom bring sheikh or etc and have them get divorced without the couple wanting to get divorced anyway?

ANSWER: If this is not assisting her on haram and you are doing the least of the two evils by driving her and not letting her go with a non mahram, in sha Allah you are not sinful as long as you are reminding her of Allah’s sharia.

I am a 12 year old boy and i think i reached the age of puberty because i can see some changes . So this ramadan Alhamdulilah i fasted almost the whole month but missed 3 days because of illness . So i wanted to make them up later after ramadan was over , but my father strictly prohibits to do so , because most of cousins , including my father say i have become lean or thin
