What is the ruling on one who says that there is only 3 obligatory prayers and not 5? Can we call him a Kafir.

We don’t call people as such before fulfilling the conditions and ensuring there are no obstacles. If the scholars spoke to him and clarified things to him but he still insists on that, such a person would be considered as a kafir.

i just wanted to find out information on Apostasy, i wanted to know the circumstances of it such as if a person changes faith and actively tries to attack the faith and muslims would the penalty be then applied or is it simply for leaving the faith?

The penalty can only be applied by the Muslim ruler.

someone I knew said they r Muslim but dont believe stories. When I asked them what exactly they meant they made 2 points: 1)stories as Noah livin 4 100s of yrs,miracles of Jesus and so seem unreal2)there is a God, but He just “watches” us and really doesn’t control us on earth. This is not to be judged by us. This is in the hands of a righteous muslim leader after consulting judges! Those who participated in killing him are murderers.

one of my close blood relative has started questioning Allah’s orders. she says every thing is based on fear. why should we fear? why should we pray when Allah doesn’t need our prayer? why should we cover our heads when men are not ordered to do so? and so many questions like that. how to ansswer her queries? when we give references from ayats she says she knows these things.

In a video i have heard a scholar say that if a person whether a man or a women, only prays namaaz during ramadaan but does not pray the rest of the year is a Kafir. Is it true that if a person does not offer namaaz the whole year but only prays during the month of ramadaan is a Kafir?

I have a cousin who is going to marry a guy from Ahmadiyah sect. According to me, they are not Muslim and I spoke to her about that but unfortunately she does not want to return back from Tawheed. She start following this sect completely. Can you plz give me some advice how I can convince her to return back to Tawheed

You can tell her that she is no longer Muslim by following this sect! By marrying him, she is not in a marriage but rather in Zina.

When a person sits in a gathering wherein the people are engaging in talks and discussions which is considered major kufr in Islam and this person doesn’t object to such talks and discussions nor does he leave the gathering but he only hates such talks and discussions in his heart. Is this person a kafir?

Depends on what is in his heart and his intention. He is without doubt committing a major sin and it can be major kufr as well depending on his intention.
