If a kafir/murtad/munafiq strives for guidance, will Allah guide him back to the truth if he shows a willingness & tries to be as sincere as he can even though his heart is sealed. Or does Surah Al Ankaboot, Verse 69 only apply to muslims only?

i have a family doctor and my father best friend who is ahmadya . And he use to give rice from hotel and that hotel is muslim ,in name of Allah every month . The rice he distributes to every 1 also to us as well ! Is those rice haram , just because he is ahmadya … what to be done with those rice ??
