Are tarikee salah will stay in jahannam forever or are they gonna leave jahannam and go to jannah eventually because they believe in Allah?

ANSWER: If they are confirmed not to have prayed at all willingly, they are disbelievers and will abide in hell forever.

If a person becomes an apostate, is repentance a requirement, like the shahada, for coming back to islam? For example if one said words of kufr, then after that said the shahadah, but did not repent, is he considered to have come back to islam?

ANSWER: Saying the shahadah to enter Islam must be done with conviction! If this apostate doesn’t repent from his kufr and says the shahadah without repentance or remorse, he is a hypocrite pretending to be muslim.

If I see someone I know making fun or making jokes of Allah, and Islam, should I just ignore it? Will I get sin if I don’t do anything?

ANSWER: You must shut them up and scold them for saying such blasphemous things about Allah and Islam as this is one of the things that nullifies Islam.

My question is regarding blasphemy law,In my country when someone hears anyone insulting Prophet Muslim or non Muslim they become thirsty for his/her blood, is it in shariah to kill blasphmer?

Its a bit different query than my previous query about qawali. So plz answer. my Uncle watch News in our House.Many Times qawali with blasphemy come in News But my Uncle instead Of muting it,keeps on Listen to it & enjoys. Wat if im sitting there and not leave the place nor tell him to mute it. Would this be consider an act of kufr if i do so, Eventhough i hate qawali in my heart?

My daughter is marrying a non-Muslim without our consent. It had been very tough but now it’s like we’ll loose our daughter when we refuse to attend the wedding and she’s taking it very personally and saying that we are cutting off ties though that’s not our intention. ANSWER: If your sibling married a nonmuslim, this means they are living in zina and you must not congratulate them for this! If she believes that what she had done is halal, she is an apostate and you must not have anything to do with her as she is a kafir.

I hope youre in a good health. Recently my elder sister went to the US and marries her girl-friend. They even went to the extent of “buying” a couple of newborn kids in Malaysia. I don’t know what else to do other than to advise her to repent. Does she fall into Kufr?
