Is it necessary for females to go to the house where some far relative have passed away.is it a good deed for them? here people go and start reciting quran which I know is biddah.so what females have to do after going there.

ANSWER: Going for condolences is permissible and part of upholding ties of kinship which is rewardable. You can spend 5-10 minutes reminding them to be steadfast. One must not gather with others or visit them at a specific time where all come and visit and gather in one place for condolences.

I have heard that the ruling for watching magic is the same as going to a fortune teller. That if you watch it your prayer is not accepted for 40 days and if you beleive in it you have disbelieved in Allah and his messenger. Is this true sheikh

I delayed ghusl for a reason and I ended up missing a prayer because I did not do ghusl in time to pray that prayer. Should I make this prayer up?

ANSWER: You are sinful for delaying ghusl and prayers that were missed deliberately for no legitimate reason cannot be made up.

I lost my daughter about 2 years ago. I don’t complain to Allah in the least bit, but say “Alhamdulillah” and “Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun”. Yet at times I feel saddened (but not wailing). Is it okay to cry for her? I’m worried that otherwise I may be considered unmerciful since the Prophet (SAW) did cry when he lost his children.
