I missed magrib prayer due to a valid reason and when entered the masjid, salatul i’sha was announced. Should I join the same or need to make up the magrib first?

ANSWER: You should join the congregation with the intention of maghrib and after the third rakah, sit down and finish your maghrib quickly and rejoin the Imam with the intention of isha while he’s still praying his isha and after he concludes, you get up and continue your isha.

Is it valid for my widowed mother to write a will, where she wants to donate 50% of her cash to a masjid, after she dies and leave 50% to be distributed per Sharia amongst her heirs (4 children)? I read that a person can give away up to 33% of his wealth (to an illegitimate/kafir child etc.) and not more than that. What is the correct ruling?

ANSWER: This is not valid. She can write a will of not more than 1/3rd of her total wealth.

When Allah says I am Al- Aakhir meaning The Last , does this mean jannah is going to end as He is Al Aakhiru. Or does it carry a different meaning.

ANSWER: Allah is the ever lasting and He is the A’akhir without an end as He is the first without a beginning. Allah told us that paradise and hell are for eternity. However, this is only by the will of Allah and not that they are eternal by themselves. They are dependent on Allah.
