My question is that, for someone who has committed sins in the past and has repented and now found out that because of their past sin they caught a disease. Can they tell the gynecologist about it to help them diagnose and get treatment or they should keep quiet? As we know in Islam it is forbidden to tell about his sin.

ANSWER: You must maintain ties by meeting them every now and then if they live near by or give them calls if they live far away but you cannot stop talking with them for this long.

When should we perform salah at the semi circle around the Ka’bah? Is it possible to perform prayers in the semi circle around the Ka’bah while performing tawaf??

ANSWER: You can perform salah there anytime except during Fard congregation and while in the middle of doing tawaf. When you pray there, you are praying inside the kaabah.
