I was wondering if having a soft melodious (not string) music in the back of advertisement videos is Haram or not. For example, at the start or end of a TV show, and then ads on TVs. Are they haram, because if there is no tune then the ad is completely soundless. If it is haram is there a solution to this? I make marketing ads and therefore require to put soft music in the back

I am from ……. In my state, our Muslim governor is basically a tyrant/oppressor and has refused to pay salaries and pension or even carry out any developmental project.
