ANSWER: Without saying it, there is no prayer valid.

If someone do intimacy with his wife when wife is free from periods but she didn’t have her ghussal yet.Only the blood flow is stopped and she had no periods any more but she does not has ghussal so is it permissible to do or one should do after the wife is done with ghussal?if someone does this then is there any expiation or he only repent sincerely to not do next time.

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You cannot have intimacy before she has taken the ghusl, this is not permissible and requires expiation. You have to give expiation of what equals 4.25 grams of gold or half of it.

There is one big mosque being constructed in my home area. The problem is that sufis (who ask the dead and promote bid’ah) are muftis in my area, and they will be in charge of this mosque. At the same time not all the muslims in my area are sufis, so they will be also praying there. Is it permissible to participate in construction physically or financially in this case?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You must not collaborate in promoting or spreading their corrupt aqeedah by helping them in any way.

sheikh I am very confuse about purity my periods date is 25 April from 20 April i have seen only brownish discharge bt not blood flow .I did pray sallah nd fasting till 23 April.my question is my salah n fast is valid or not?? Can I pray salah n fast during at the time of only brownish discharge??

ANSWER: Spending time outside with friends with good character is no problem if within sensible limits.

It is bidah to wipe the face after dua but when goes to sleep after reciting sooraths that mention the prophet (saw) wipe his body and face .and that hadith is saheeh.i dont understand the diferences

There is a dutch sister you wears niqab and there is an upcoming niqab ban in netherlands. She lives alone as she got kicked out the house for becoming muslim. She has recently been attacked on the sreets and is very scared to walk around. I want to know if I can pay zakat to my mother in law for her expenses, my husband does not have savings to take care of any major expense of his mother. Her elder son too cannot pay for her and I am not sure if he can afford or not. I work and can pay but can it be considered as zakat, she is my maternal aunt also. Please advise.

ANSWER: No problem in giving your zakat to her if she’s classified as poor or needy but if she’s not poor or needy then this is not permissible.

In my building there is already a masjid which strictly follows Hanafi & all conventional rulings. We also offer prayer according to proper sunnah here in the same congregation. Now some of us (8/10) have decided to organize a different jama’h in the same building to pray in Awal waqt, follow proper sunnah etc But to me this is excessive. Please give an opinion. What should I do?
