ANSWER: She must not have any communication with this brother whatsoever as he is a non-mahram to her. If she convinces her father and he does not give his consent, she must move on and forget about him as any marriage without his consent would be considered invalid.

If i sell My gaming system and someone buys it and plays games with haram content on it, Will i get punished for it?

ANSWER: If you know for sure that they will play haram games on it then you should not sell it to them. However, if you don’t know then no problem in selling as it can be used in good and it can be used in bad like a knife.

There are some. People from. Pakistan and india who use the urdu term Allah Hafiz to say bye bye after they end speaking to each other or chatting or calling at phone.. So which is most appropriate to say Fi aman Allah or Allah Hafiz or Assalamualaikum, At the end of a chat or conversation?

Usually parents take severe measures to ensure their kids dont mix with the opposite gender in schools and colleges. (Which is understandable) But at the same time they themselves talk and interact with cousins and even distant relatives of the opposite sex in a very casual manner and sometimes with no boundaries. And then they say thay they are “family” so its okay. Isn’t this hypocrisy?

ANSWER: It is not permissible even for them to chit-chat unnecessarily with non mahrams as the rules of Allah are same for everyone.

Sheikh in my area people usually start daroodh after first azaaan of Friday prayers for few minutes through loud speakers in melodic voices I want to know ruling on that

ANSWER: Saying durood like this in congregation is not permissible since it’s not part of the Sunnah hence an innovation.

Sheikh, is it ok to read ruqyah and blow to the person who is not front of me,for example my father is ill and he is in an other country and I want to read for him and blow him, or what is the sunnah way of ruqyah for absence person?

ANSWER: No, you cannot do ruqya on a person who’s not present. He should do it himself.
