If the ring tone has music, then this is prohibited. Use normal ringtones like that of old grandmother phone.

Is it permissible to use alarm and ringtones for incoming calls or is it considered part of music?

Please i have a question; a person wants to rent out a space to a business franchise that wants to open a restaurant but the problem is they sell alcohol at the restaurant so the question is will the person renting the space be sinful for the alcohol sold at the restaurant or not? The person isn’t profiting from the restaurant though its just the rent space.
