ANSWER: Her in laws are like any stranger on the streets if not worse! She has to wear an outer garment along with covering her face when she is in front of non mahrams in a joint family system and neither she can mix with them.

Can this be used as evidence to say we can wear special clothes/kufi caps while going for Salah? How is it a cultural thing then?

Sheikh, one of my friend’s Quran teacher has said that when we are menstruating, we can’t recite a whole verse in a single breathe, we should recite the verses by breathing after each word. For example, the verse ‘Kul hu wa Allahu ahaad’ should be recited ‘kul’ breathe in and breathe out ‘hu’ breathe in and out like this. Is it true?

Isn’t there a hadith which states shaythan will not enter a house where surah baqarah is recited? So does this mean that shaythan will not disturb us even while praying?

My mother says if we learn too much about Islam we have to maintain them. Allah doesn’t hold responsible to anyone who doesn’t know something. So won’t I be sinful if i do kufri because I don’t know about it and though I have the option I don’t want to learn because then I have to maintain it?
