Will I forbidden Jannah if I claim to be the son of my non biological father because the Prophet saw said in a Hadith that anyone that claims to be from another father and knows he’s not will be forbidden Jannah. The thing is that I don’t know anything about my non biological parents except that I’m from Central Asia and that I’m now living in the U.S. Will I go to hell because of this?

ANSWER: This is in Allah’s hands! You are ordered not to use any name other than your real biological father. If you don’t know him, you can use a general name such as Abdullah but surely not your adopted father as he is not related to you.

I have more than one Quran and I recite from only one among those, will I be sinful for keeping a Mushaf idle? I have carefully kept it covered.

Sheikh, recently, I’ve started watching health & fitness videos of Dr. , an American doctor. His videos are truly helpful & informative. Only problem is sometimes, not regularly, still images or 3 to 4 seconds length videos of women pop up. Again, the content of those videos are really helpful. Am I sinful if I keep watching those videos?

ANSWER: This is one of the steps of satan! In few weeks, looking at such stills or clips where women are there and uncovered would be normal for you! You must lower your gaze from looking at non mahram women or anything haram.

If I did’nt give the past zakat should I give it now and is it permissible for me to give zakat to mosques and islamic madrasas?

ANSWER: 1- It’s obligatory upon you to give your past zakat as it’s a debt on you. You must sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse for delaying it for this long.

If person dies people (of deceased house) don’t use to cook in there house for particular number of days. Is this action has any basis in islam?

ANSWER: Yes. Three days after the death are mourning days and during this time the household may not cook due to mourning so it’s highly recommended that the neighbors and other family members send them food during these three days.

If I pray asr prayer just 10-15 minutes before the start of magrib, then would my prayer be totally invalid or would it be makrooh

ANSWER: If you do this without a valid reason, it would be makrooh but it is valid.

In previous mail u said that i need to give some ex & be more specific.so my scenario is like the mufti said Signs Of An Accepted Ramadan is continuously doing good deed after ramadan.always think that did your good deeds are accept or not.i notice that after ramadan i did not read quran i miss tahajud.but in ramadan i pray all night.That’s mean any-of my good deed are not accepted?
