When we do the morning/ evening adhkar(supplications), do we have to stay in the position of teshehud and be directed to kiblah, or we can offer this dhikr while sitting in couch or in bed or while walking home from the masjid ?

ANSWER: It’s best to sit in the same spot that you prayed in, but no need to sit in the tashahhud position. However, no problem if you got up or said the dhikr while walking back home etc.

I know one is not allowed to trim facial hair and nails in the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah if they are paying for the slaughtering. Does that include body and pubic hair too?

It is said that the duaa should be made on arafa day, now this is for people who are at arafa ground.for those 9 of dulhija differs from arafa day can the duaa be made between dhuhar and asar prayer on 9th, is there Any specific time for the duaa.

ANSWER: There is no specific time on the day of arafah to make dua. One should make use of the whole day especially the time between asr and sunset.

ANSWER: Women must wear a very loose outer garment over the normal clothes, that covers her entire body and conceals her bone structure and curves and a very loose, thick and long abaya does the job perfectly. Only her face and hands until the wrists should be uncovered when there are no non mahrams around.

ANSWER: Both have the same reward in sha Allah.

Wudu after answering the call of nature: before urinating I say the dua. After finishing if I want to make wudu, do I have to leave the bathroom say ghafranka and say bismillah and enter again to do wudu? Or can I just continue making wudu in the bathroom after urinating.

ANSWER: No need to go out and come back in. Simply say bismillah in your heart and make wudu. Saying bismillah before making wudu is not mandatory though.

is it permissible for someone who’s offering slaughter for eid Adha to brush and wash her hair with the possibility of hair falls if she doesn’t cut her hair at all?Thanks

ANSWER: No problem whatsoever in taking the shower, brushing the hair! No problem if hair falls naturally.

How to say dhul hijj takbeer after obligatory prayer.? Astagfirullah,then allahuma antas salam….then subahna allah,Alhamdulillah,allahu akbar each 33times & la ilaha illallahu wahdahu…then ayatul kursi then takbeer of dhul hijjah..like this or After astagfirullah & allahuma antas salam..will directly go to dhul hijjah takbeer(without Subhanalla & all)?which one should I do.?

ANSWER: There isn’t anything prescribed. I would say astaghfirullah 3 times, allahumma anta assalam…., and then begin with the takbeer.

We are living in joint family system. Me, my wife, 1 son, 2 brothers who are earning among them one is married so his wife is also with us, 1 sister unmarried and our parents. Shall each of us earning and having wife have its own animal to sacrifice on Eid or one from our father will be sufficient for everyone?

ANSWER: If everyone is living under one roof and eating from the same kitchen then only one sacrifice is sufficient for the whole family, regardless of the earning members.
